Q1: What should my athlete wear to practice?
A: Athletic wear, running shoes or spikes (when appropriate), and weather-appropriate gear. No jeans, crocs, or slides.
Q2: What should my athlete bring to practice?
A: Water bottle, towel, spikes (when needed), and a positive attitude. No food at practice.
Q3: What time should we arrive to practice?
A: Athletes should arrive 10 minutes early to warm up and be ready to start on time.
Q4: How long are practices and meets?
A: Practices typically last 90 minutes.

Q6: What should we do in case of bad weather?
A: Always check for weather updates from coaches or team admins. Bring rain gear (poncho/umbrella) or warm clothes as needed. Practice may still be held unless officially canceled.
Q7: Can I drop my child off and leave during meets?
A: It's recommended that parents stay and support their athlete. Meets are long, and athletes need hydration, food, and encouragement between events.
Q8: Can my athlete eat before or during a meet?
A: Yes—small, nutritious meals and snacks are best. Avoid heavy or greasy foods before running.
Q9: How do I know what events my child is running?
A: Coaches or admins will send meet line-ups prior to the event. You can also ask at check-in on meet day.
Q10: How can I support the team?
A: Volunteer as a Team Mom, Snack Boss, Bib Boss, or help with tent setup, hydration, or fundraising. We also welcome individual and corporate sponsors.
Q11: Are practices or sessions ever made up if missed?
A: No. Sessions are not transferable or made up if missed. Please attend consistently for best results.
Q12: How will we receive updates or changes?
A: Communication will be sent via team group chats, emails, or text alerts. Be sure your contact info is up to date.
